Healthy Living

Healthy Living

Working in business, non profit, and community group settings, we have found the most lasting changes in wellness come from attending ongoing groups.  Our work with homeless shelters and recovery organizations provides participants to gain valuable life skills and break negative self-defeating patterns of behavior.

Customized classes may include: Stress management techniques, nutrition and weight loss, managing Type 2 and Pre-Diabetes, creating healthy habits, mindfulness and meditation, goal-setting, and work-life balance strategies.

As we work together, participants will develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for them and implement lasting changes that will improve energy, balance and health.
